This secluded Beachwood Canyon retreat has it all: A 7 minute drive to Hollywood Blvd, a 10 minute walk to the main viewspot of the Hollywood sign, and quiet. No traffic, just birds. We love to sit on the deck in the morning as the light pours in over the canyon or have a movie night in style. Easily hike up to the Hollywood sign or pop down to Hollywood proper for a night on the town. It's all at your fingertips.
Good to know
We have a cozy 3bd 2 bath with an open floorplan in the main room and a gorgeous view into the canyon. Theres one proper master bedroom, an office/guest room with a big mid-century convertible queen bed/sofa, and our girls room with a twin bunk bed. There's reserved parking in front of the a garage. We take pride in our property feeling like a home and not just another sterile corporate AirBNB rental.
Other Details to Note
No parties. It's a quiet area so by all means, hang out, but no music or loudness on the deck, please.

Neighborhood
It's the Hollywood Hills, so lots of windy, narrow roads. Lots of hikers making their way around the canyon or up to the Hollywood sign. Very quiet and peaceful.
Guest Access
Basically the whole house. We'd stow away some personals in the garage but you'd have access to it for laundry.

You'll need a car. The area is great for walking, but that's more for hikes, less for quick stops. It's not NY. The roads are windy and narrow so, please, take it slow and easy, but we don't get accidents. Everyone is careful. Just don't show up in a long RV.
