Updated, modern house on a quiet, safe residential street Within 25 mins from almost all locations such as LAX, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Venice Beach, Koreatown, Beverly Hills, Rams Stadium, USC, Staples Center, and more. WE HAVE 1 INDOOR CAT, but we make sure she never go into the guest bedroom, even when no guests are present. Guest bathroom is shared and is right next to the bedroom. Plenty of free street parking.
