I do have surveillance cameras on the property for the safety of my guests. Five cameras in total: 1. View of front of property/street (S. Driveway) 2 View of front of property/street (N. Driveway) 3. 723/727 back gate. 4. 723/727 front patio. 5. 723 front door. No cameras in the 723 AirB&B back private patio No cameras inside 723 AirB&B the house. The property has three houses on the lot. They all have their own private areas. Your AirB&B unit has its own private back patio with it’s own private Hot Tub only used by your AirB&B. 😊 Also, you will have your own private gated driveway with EV charger 🔌🚗⚡️(if needed). At the end of your stay I will send you the Usage Invoice from ChargePoint.👌 I do not charge a fee for the charger, you just pay for the electricity used. 🙂 It is significantly way cheaper than the public stations and much more convenient. 😁 At the end of your stay I will send you a copy of the invoice of the usage over the AirB&B platform and will be able to pay from there. **Please note that my neighbor has started 🚧construction to build his elderly mother a home. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. 🙏 ❤️ **
