What a FANTASTIC host!! Honestly the most attentive and supportive. The tiny Pharm home was everything we hoped for. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the cows, there was a new baby born and they had other more important things to tend to. The only issue we had was the stickers and the roads are.. well it’s Oklahoma. You probably should get used to it. We felt safe and secure, ( girls trip) and the porches were so nice to enjoy the beautiful weather. As for the a/c it works great!!! we loved the fact that there was a nice full-size shower in a tiny home. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a nice touch. The fridge was stocked with cold bottles of water. The home sits so close to the Texas border. It takes minutes to get there. The casino is 20 minutes up the road as well as lots of restaurants. I would definitely return to this property if I come to this area again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in Beachwood Canyon. It was just as described. Very peaceful, yet in close proximity to everything that Hollywood has to offer. We really enjoyed hiking into the canyon in the back of the house and in the surrounding neighborhood. The highlight for us was hiking via hidden staircases in the neighborhood to the Beachwood Cafe and Market. Beware that the hike back up can be pretty strenuous. We loved the vintage feel inside Brooke's house, especially the vintage record player, stereo equipment, and collection of records. We really enjoyed playing some of the old classics on the stereo, which still sounds amazing.

This was a beautiful place and an upscale type of experience for us common folk. I’ve always loved Manhattan Beach and to experience it in such a beautiful home was amazing. Also Brooke was hands down the most responsive and friendly host I’ve ever had. I’d recommend this space to anyone looking for a fabulous peaceful getaway. Thank you Brooke

great host and lovely place!! everything was brand new and updated n modern inside. on main busy street , parking was kinda crappy... grocery store right across the street would recommend to others

I enjoyed the Airbnb, it was very clean spacious and welcoming. She also accommodated me with essential needs that were not a requirement for the Airbnb. She was very punctual and communicative. I would recommend this location 10 out of 10 thank you again.

I would like to provide a bad review for Brookes place so it did not get popular. Unfortunately for me I have to give a 6 star review. We loved the place. High up in the Hollywood hills it was nice and quiet and still a short drive to all Hollywood has to offer. The house was clean and the beds comfortable with a large balcony to relax in the evening or for a morning coffee. The AC made the entire house very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking if we desired. Nice selection of Vinyl and a good entertainment system. Great location for hikers in the hills.

My second time staying at this wonderful home. Brooke and Thomas are amazing hosts. The house is very peaceful, quiet and serene. The views, the deck, the birds: pure magic. My home away from home. Can't wait to return!

Brooke and Thomas were amazing hosts! The house is beautiful and was a perfect landing spot for our family of 4. We like to cook so having a well equipped kitchen is a must for us. I believe that the chef’s knife in this kitchen is the sharpest I’ve used in an airbnb kitchen! I do appreciate it! We would definitely stay here again!

The place looks like the pictures. The neighborhood is great. Easy walk to the beach. Great pizza place nearby. Hosts were very responsive and communicative. Bed was quite comfortable. Big closets. Lots of windows so you can let the breeze in. It’s great!
