My second time staying at this wonderful home. Brooke and Thomas are amazing hosts. The house is very peaceful, quiet and serene. The views, the deck, the birds: pure magic. My home away from home. Can't wait to return!

Brooke's place was perfectly located for us and served our purposes well. The unit got sort of hot while we were there (no a/c as indicated in the listing) due to unseasonably warm weather, but other than that we were satisfied. It would have been fine during normal weather. Brooke did a good job communicating and answering our questions. We would stay there again.

Fantastic stay! The host provided detailed instructions covering all aspects of the property, making it easy for guests to use amenities and find local places to visit. The property was the cleanest AirBnB I’ve stayed in. While the property is cozy, the layout really utilizes the space well. It didn’t feel too small for our group of four and dog. The host is responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this property again

This is my second stay, and it was just as comfortable and inviting as our first stay. This is our "go-to" for trips when we're in town for MLB, NBA, and WNBA games. If you choose to drive, the driveway is private and secure, with an EV charger. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to the stadiums. We often Uber, and it's easy and smooth to get a pickup. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Johnny and Brooke are awesome hosts and have definitely created a home that is comfy. No doubt, we will return.

Dear Johnny, dear Brooke We loved your house very much. It was very clean and immediately we felt at home. Having a coffee place in walking distance was awesome. Both of you were very responsive and you even solved our luggage issue after checking out. We wanted to leave our luggage until the evening in the house and Brooke found a solution for that. Brooke and Thomas were amazing hosts! The house is beautiful and was a perfect landing spot for our family of 4. We like to cook so having a well equipped kitchen is a must for us. I believe that the chef’s knife in this kitchen is the sharpest I’ve used in an airbnb kitchen! I do appreciate it! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Brooks place .Everything there was beautiful. Easy walk down to the beach and strand to go workout. Our favorite restaurant was only a few minutes walk down the street. Would definitely stay here again.
